RENTAL POLICY
RENTAL FEES:
Standard Rental Fee: Our base rental fee is typically 5-20% of the item's estimated retail value for a standard 7-day period, depending on item. 3 day pulls are available for try-ons and fees can be counted towards a 7-day rental if selected.
Standard (7 Days): Base Rental Fee (BRF)
3 Days (Pulls): 20% of the Base Rental Fee (BRF)
A temporary credit card hold will be authorized before the items leave the premises and a final invoice will be sent after all pulls & rentals are returned.
PICK UP & DROP-OFF:
Our showroom is located in Silverlake, Los Angeles. Hours of operation are from 8am-6pm. All pieces must be picked up & dropped off during business hours. Delivery can be arranged within the Los Angeles area for an extra fee.
All pieces must be returned with original hangers, garment bags, and dust bags.
OTHER POLICIES:
Mandatory Credits: For any social media or editorial use, Venus Vintage (@venusvintagee) must be tagged and credited in the caption/credits.
No Alterations: Under no circumstances may items be pinned, cut, or altered (unless approval is obtained).
Dry Cleaning: All rentals must be returned in their original condition. To protect the integrity of our archives, all cleaning is handled exclusively by Venus Vintage. Do not attempt to dry clean or clean items yourself.
Damage Assessment: The client is responsible for the full retail value (not just the rental price) of any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair. Replacement fee is issued at Venus Vintage’s discretion.
